I believe other than 2 or 3 songs, all the dancing was Albanian music. We had guests up and dancing between courses to give them more than enough dance time. We kept guests in the shade while we waited for the word when everyone was ready and the ceremony was about to start. Things got off to a slow start when their onsite ceremony was delayed for almost an hour (somebody forgot something back at the hotel!).
